We at Proviso Community Church have an incredible passion for our community. Proviso Township, which includes: Maywood, Bellwood, Forest Park, Broadview, Westchester, Melrose Park, Northlake, Stone Park, Franklin Park, Hillside, and Berkeley is our mission field. Therefore our goal is to be a multi ethnic church designed to meet the needs of a diverse community.
The District 209 high schools: Proviso East High School, Proviso West High School, and Proviso Math and Science Academy (PMSA) have been entrusted with the awesome task of preparing the next generation of Proviso Township leaders through education. Therefore we have resolved to offer ourselves as a church body to support these institutions in whatever capacity necessary.

At Proviso Community Church we hold strictly to sound doctrine and proper biblical interpretation.To date, we do not hold a denominational affiliation, however our doctrine most closely parallels that of the Baptist church. Please find our Core Beliefs listed below:
